AISI 405 Stainless Steel Coil is a low chromium pure ferritic stainless steel, containing 12% to 30% chromium. Unlike other grades of 12% chromium stainless steel, AISI 405 Stainless Steel Coil is not susceptible to extensive hardening from high temperature air cooling. AISI 405 Stainless Steel Coil's applications mainly include steam nozzles, annealing boxes, quenching racks, and manufacturing products that cannot be annealed after welding.
